         1-How can I know if my TV or Video set is worth repairing.

We recommend taking a look at our ‘Common Projector and TV Problems‘ page, as it may help answer your question.

If that page does not answer your question, we may be able to help answer the question over the phone (801-486-5757) or when a unit is brought in. However, in many cases, we will not know what is required until labor is performed.

         2-Should I just buy a new TV.

Depending on what the problem is, we can help recommend a solution.

We are currently offering $1 off, for each inch of your display (Get $47 with a 47″ TV brought in to recycle), toward a new or refurbished TV purchased from us. See details here.

          2-How much could it cost to repair my TV.

We offer a $99 flat-rate on flat-screen TV repairs. The $99 includes diagnostics and labor or repair – it usually takes between 5-7 business days to fix your TV. Parts are excluded from the $99 flat rate. If the cost of the repair exceeds the $99, the customer will be notified and asked for further approval of costs.
